Audi TT 3.2 DSG 280 km/h topspeed and launch control

on the autobahn the acceleration to 260 km/h was slightly uphill, then to 280 km/h horizontal. then you see a launch control start to 130 km/h. the engine is stock, the seats are RECARO racing seats with SCHROTH belts, suspension is firmed by H&R (federn)

How do I properly use the launch control feature in my 2002 BMW m3 with SMG?

3 comments Posted by

I just purchased a bmw m3 with smg.
I heard that this car has launch control, a bit limited in US, but its still there. Does anyone know how to use this? I have the sport button, smg control, and a dsc button. Also have the paddle shifters, and am driving pretty good with them now.
Also, I understand that this may be bad for the tranny, but I still want to know how to do it.
Thanks to all!

Audi TT Climatronic Climate Control Panel codes: Unlocking t

Unlocking the Secrets and display speed (km/h and mph), temperature, climatronic diagnostic codes and more within the Climate Control Panel of your Audi TT. Notes: – Per definition the Climatronic only knows values which it requires to operate. – The Climatronic does NOT know the oil temperature, the value from channel 51 seems to be a variation of the coolant temperature. – The shown vehicle speed is not the real speed, its an adjusted value based on what the cluster gets as input signal. Special thanks to Sebastian from Ross-Tech.com and ttschwing from Modshack and audiworld.com for their help. ————– List of all the codes here: www.audiworld.com
