BMW M6 vs. Porsche 911 Turbo from standing start
BMW M6 uses Launch Control. Revs wihout a gear up tp around 4000 rpm then when I release the shift the car launches and … all ยป shifts automatically all the way up to the limit. Gas pedal is depressed all the way. Continental tyres, worn tyres and cold ground (below 8 degrees) did make the 1st gear spin until second gear. We race a standard Porsche 911 Turbo (996). Clutch Just recently replaced (original rubber clutch came apart over time). All belts replaced. Radiator hoses needed to be replaced. Fuel line was rotted, needed to be replaced.
