What happen if Bill Gates work together with Bruce McLaren for new F1 car?

What would happen if a supercar such as the bugatti veyron or the konigsegg ccx had nos? would it go 300+ mhp?
Can supercars even be equiped with nos gas? I find it funny that all the different supercars have all that power and high performance stats, but there is a Nissan Skyline that does the quarter mile in 7.95 and probably costs a quarter of the price as Mc Claren/Mercedes, or a Bugatti Veyron or a Ultimate Aero TT.
