East Windsor Manuel Rigoberto Tuba-Pugo, 25, of Abbington Drive, was charged May 15 with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while suspended.

0859 — Officers stopped a car at Main/Dowdell and arrested the driver, a 32-year-old Angwin man, for a felony warrant from Siskiyou County. 0849 — Report of a white truck driving recklessly in the Oak/Mitchell area while two people filmed it with their cell phones. An officer checked the area.
