The prices are about the same right now and there are quite a few of both supercars offered for sale. I love the beastly 507hp M5 Ferrari killer; but the 420hp RS4 is no dog – lighter and Quattro awd is nice for winter in Long Island. I’m torn.

I have access to a mint condition black GT3 with 5,000 miles for under $90k. Alternatively, for around $60k I can acquire a Z06. In terms of performance and quality, which should I get? I am used to driving small sports cars, so certain comforts are not important to me. I’m inclined to go for the GT3, but it is not a special edition. The Z06 impresses me, and the price difference is a factor as well. Which should I get?

Porsche 911
I’m a diplomat living in Lithuania and want to buy a late 70′s/early ’80′s 911 sometime in the next few years. I was thinking I might be able to pick one up here as goods are usually cheaper. But I really don’t see any older models on the road, not do I see many classifieds here. If anyone has any experience/thoughts on this, it would be most welcome.

Car was totaled but engine is in perfect condition with 10000 miles on it. Just looking for estimates before i put it on Ebay.
